Requirements

• Any graduated with Basic English Language Skills (Can read and write).
• Minimum one year working experience in Sales and Marketing field

Sales Manager - Branches (AA Medical Products Ltd.)

Responsibilities

• Perform to achieve sales target and to improve sales
• Perform to expand market share
• Perform to reduce selling costs and expenses
• Perform to try to succeed tender in a maximum
• Train the necessary staffs to be qualified professional person.
• Assist to provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
• Monitor sales team’s performance, analyze sales data and report to SNSMs/NSMs.
• Assist in preparing to produce management reporting.
• Ensure to prepare yearly customer satisfaction survey and perform necessary actions.
• Understand and follow Company’s Quality Policy.

• Accountable to meet at least 80% sales target achievement.
• Accountable to build and maintain rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities, increase the credit customers base on yearly target and activate inactive-customers.
• Promote sales growth while minimizing the sales related expenses.
• Promote tender sales growth from the Government and Public/Private Hospital region wide.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degrees. Preferable in Sale & Marketing.
• Minimum (8) years working experience in Sales and Marketing field. Preferable minimum (3) years experiences as same level.
• Good Knowledge on Pharmaceutical Products/Medical Devices.
• Regional Market knowledge in the respective industries.
• Good understanding of competitors’ landscape.
• Knowledge and experience on the tender procedures, and respective departments’ rules and regulations.
• Knowledge and experience in Mobile Banking System and Palmtop Project.
• Good Business Relationship with Customers, Respective Government Departments and Clients.
• Good Managerial Skills and leading Sales team.
• Good Computer Skills (MS Office Suite) with Myanmar Typing.
• Reliable, Responsible, Accountable, Strong Commitment.
• Obedient and Polite, Good personality and Positive Attitude.

Remark

• The applicant must be able to work at the branch offices of the company such as Mandalay, Taunggyi, Lashio, Myitkyina, Kalay, Magwe, Monywa, Naypyidaw, Pyay, Myeik, Dawei, Mawlamyine, Sittwe and other cities. If the applicant need to move with the family, the company will provide accommodation.
